Top notch service! We had trouble with the brakes on our van while traveling through on our family vacation. We stopped in on a busy Friday afternoon and they ordered the part, installed it and got us back on the road within 2 hrs. They went above and beyond to help us. They could have price gouged us but didn’t. So grateful for them.

I needed my car serviced but I don’t live in the area, so I chose Chester Automotive based on availability and reviews. They were able to get my car ready quickly for a reasonable price while I waited in the office. The young man who took care of me was very courteous, helpful and professional. I wish they were in the area where I live so I could use them regularly.

Made a last minute appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Do not live in the area but they were able to take care of my car quickly while I waited in the office. The young man who took care of me was very courteous and professional.

Brandon and team were extremely helpful in getting us back out and running! Our service call to an area dealership informed us it would be multiple weeks to schedule service on our daily commuter vehicle. They mentioned a highly recommended service department (Chester River Automotive) would be our best option. Upon their advice, we called and was happy to be able to bring our issue in for a quick assessment. We used the very convenient night dropbox the next day. To our surprise, CRA sent us an estimate with photos of the repair concerns via text and a web link. A day later we were complete. As it happened, this was a Friday afternoon. We were able to pay for the repairs, which were also sent via a text with completed photos of the work. Immediately, CRA confirmed receipt of payment and provided us with an option of picking up the vehicle later that evening or on Saturday while the shop was closed via a very convenient locked box system they use and send you the electronic code to retrieve your keys. This was one service call I can say was 100% satisfied. Thanks again CRA! Will see you next time if we have any other needs.

My wife and I moved to the area last year and we always like to stick to one shop for all of our vehicle needs. Chester River has been absolutely amazing with everything! We’ve had multiple repairs, emergency repairs and normal maintenance which has all been done in a very timely manner and the costs are fair. Brandon has always kept clear, timely communication with us and always gone out of his way to make sure we’re taken care of. We will always bring our vehicles here! Highly recommend!

Called owner on Sunday; he answered call and said to bring it in that day. Car was dangerous to drive with bad brake system all around. Car was back in perfect shape to me by Tuesday with new brakes and lines for a fair price. Always a fantastic experience at this garage. Thanks to John & Brandon! What a great experience with Brandon here. I had a mechanical breakdown on a new truck while visiting the shore for a wedding. Brandon knew I needed to be on the road back cross country, and did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of. Texted/called me each step of the way and was pleasantly surprised how fast and communicative he was. Would highly recommend. Ironically I had dinner with some friends who only take their cars here as well. 5 stars!
